Can someone please help me?
I have sent numerous email message regarding my order and no one responds.
On Jan. 11, 2001, I purchased the Swish software via my Visa card. I have not be able to unlock the software on my home computer. I was sent a 9 digit machine number, but I see on my version to the sample software a 10 digit machine number. Is this why I can't unlock the software? This is not good faith salesmanship if no one will respond to my messages. You certainly have received payment and now it's time for you to do the responsible thing. Either provide full access to the software or credit back my Visa account for the $30.
