real tough stuff

I have a site where there is a mc in the centre...Next to the MC there is an index(A,B,C,D...)..There is also an upload button...What this does that the user will upload an image from his PC...through that upload button...what I wan is that the image uploaded should go into the index listing according to its name....suppose the image name is "sport" then it should go under S of the index...so when the user clicks on S he gets all the images loaded under S...Also when the user clicks on "sport" under S the image should appear in a particular position in the movie clip.....


I know its confusing but try to visualise it and u'll get the picture..
