I downloaded the nice fonts from miniml.com, can I use these fonts in my Flash menu and they will appear on other user's computers? They don't need to have the font installed on their computer also?

http://www.lancetfluke.com/blah.htm if you want to look at my first Flash work ever. I'm still working on it!

I got an error the first time I tried to post this, I hope I'm not submitting it twice...

If you use fonts in Flash for STATIC text boxes they will automatically be embedded into the exported SWF file. (but only the characters you actually use)

If you are using DYNAMIC text you'll need to tell Flash which characters you want to embed (less characters = smaller files but less flexibility)

If you are swapping FLA files between computers the fonts may not work, as they are not embedded until the file is exported for the web.
