Incorrect Version Number?

Hi! all I´m new within the community.
I hope to learn of You, and I also hope to be able to collaborate to you, in any subject that this within my knowledge.

If somebody will can help me. I have Downloaded of the site The version 3.06 when I made the purchase and I registered
3DF Animator, later I Downloaded ver 3.08.
Well, when I make the installation,I obtain the Ver. number 3,0 and not 3.08 or 3.06.
Is this correct one?, else where I can obtain software with the correct version number.
Another thing more, the register number received by email, its the same one?
Excuse me my poor English
