I haven't heard of this problem before. What version are you using? If you are running a lot of other large applications at the same time, there are sometimes problems. Try shutting down other applications. Does it occur with any images or only certain formats?

This used to happen to me too a lot with the version before 2.80.3 -- I had only once instance of Kolmoves opened at that time. It has not done it in Koolmoves 2.8.3 yet. The format I was importing was jpg..

I have got version 2.80.3 now and the problem doesn't happen anymore. See my footer, 4 .jpg files without a crash when I save it!

That is good news but I would feel better if I knew why it works now and not before. I upgraded the third party graphics dlls which perform the jpg import; maybe that did the trick. There was also a bug introduced in 2.80.2 and fixed in 2.80.3 that could have accounted for the recent problem.

I think it was the bug because before I had version 2.80.2 koolmoves didn't crash when I saved a animation with a .jpg file
