Music Player [Random On Start]

I was thinking on putting a music player on a site i am working on...just a small thingy integrated in the design... but it would just be lame to have the 1st song start on playing every time... anyone know any actionscript that picks a certain frame randomly...either 30,60 or 100 for example ? Or is it a better way ?

change 5 to number of frames
