    Nigeria

I don't know. Nigeria looked shakey in their African league qualifiers. Against teams that aren't that great.

Im reading some facts about the World Cup and came across this one which i think is great

"When the United States beat a highly-rated England team at the 1950 World Cup finals, the Americans were as shocked as anyone.
Several team members, convinced they were about to be heavily beaten, stayed up late the night before the game and even team manager Bill Jeffrey had predicted defeat"

i still think we may see some surprises

I reckon Scotland or Holland will win.

Of course if they did you could win a fortune from the bookies.

France will win it. Thieeeeeeeeery vavavoom Henry will be top scorer, Argentina will fall early, Brazil will get to at least the semis and Scotland didn't qualify

Blimey guys, its a joke, I know they didn't qualify, hence winning a fortune if they won.

I would love to think England will win but I don't think they will. With a full team I reckon we could get far but not to the final.

It looks like England have to come top of their table to avoid France in the next round, I reckon they will be in the final.

well, today (few hours hehe) it's france vs. senegal.
France is not as strong as everybody says, and germany is not as weak as everybody says. Also, Senegal was Vice African Champion, we'll see what happens but I doubt that Argentinia or France will prove what everybody expects.

France will, I don't believe Argentina will though. France are big game players of the highest quality. Even without Zidane they will do very well. Don't forget, they won the last world cup without having any good strikers, now they have Henry and Trezeguet the highest scorers in England and Italy respectively!

France is a much better side than 4 years ago - they're going to be a tough side to beat, but they are going to miss Pires a lot.

Argentina will probably win group F.

    So my predictions are:
    France to win
Argentina, Brazil & some African country (not South Africa or Nigeria) in the semis
