I've got a client who is not happy with their current hosting company, so we're going to switch. The company's domain was bought through this hosting company's hosting package. So what is the procedure for transferring that domain name to the new site? I never received any separate information about the domain, and from some of the hosting horror stories i've read, I doubt the hosting company is going to be too accomadating. Anyone ever run into this?
