I think it's well nice! So smooth! Does anyone know what programs they used to create the 3D animation?

this could very well be the most mediocre site that ive ever seen. im all about seeing some crazy graphics, but who cares about a 3d ship thing that flys around and drops stuff? id be impressed if it was the first time ive seen anything like this but its not, and whats worse is that this person hasnt improved on what has come before. i know im being a little harsh, but if you want me to wait that long to download something, it had better be amazing, or at least more original.

I'm all for everyone having an opinion but your comments have to be the most incredible I have ever read in this forum.

The 3d work is exceptional.
The quicktimes are excellent.
The 2d work is very good.
The whole package has been put together well.
I'm sorry, but you really need to go back there and take another look. I'd put money on the likes of Eric Jordan, David Martin and other top designers rating this guys work.
One other thing, please post something you think is cool as I'd like to see where you are coming from.

Maybe it was just me but didn't the full version say "3d Video Navigation." Why do I still have to click on the little buttons in the bottom right corner to navigate the site. Did I miss something completely or was something not loading right? The 3d work is better than what I can do so I have to say it is good. I have seen 3d, though a different style, that was better, or should I say more appealing to my personal taste.

IK am sorry mate, but this is very original work, there have been only a couple of decent 3D flash sites to date. And I still don't understand why it takes so long ofr people to download, it only took me 40 seconds, the only thing that I can think is that the server is really not up to multiple users downloading.

GREAT 3d site and work.
50 seconds on the cable modem.. worth the wait.
The other day it took 5 minutes on the t1 at work.

it really didnt impress me much... the 3d looked pretty good, but i've seen better (maybe not on the web, but so what)
the flash was pretty... well... simple...
the sound was barely there.
sorry, it just didnt really affect me that much

could someone post some more 3d animation that i could check out, that i havnt already seen, like whoswe etc. etc. ....and also what program(s) were used in making this stuff.....

I cant stand whoswe at all.
Maybee if there work was on a multimedia cd or something it would work well, but from a web design point of view its toilet, because as good as it looks its not practical for the web.

Whos We is very over rated. they have an awsome site but as people have said, it is just not practical for the web. they should go into designing game graphics or like tv multimedia ***** which would be much better, and what the hell is whoswe tv, im on a 56k and dont feel like loading all that **** to try to figure out what it is going to be so im just gunna ask the genius ppl here. lol

the 3d was quite nice, and the design i believe is better than whos we, but really, what the hell was the point of loading up 2 megs just to see a couple of cool animations inbetween content. Because the 3d isn't even part of the interface. I think they really should have left that sort of thing in their video section. Without that size, you could load it in no time, and have the same basic cateogries of content

It's definitly the server its running on causing the upload time. I'm running on a 3.5Mb/sec connection and it took avoit 20 seconds, so i probably got on a good time. And yeah 2.1 MB is quite fair for today. Connections tend to get cheaper. You can get a 3.5Mb connection for 10-20$ more than 56K (no time limit), and more and more people are getting it. And 2.1 MB is not that big if you consider that a good movie of 30 secs will take up to 10 MB and the graphs in there are amazingly neat.
