ok, so basically here is the problem. i'm building an interface to use inside a frameset. the problem is that the flash interface keeps refreshing the whole frameset (which isn't the problem); it does this about a dozen or so times (sometimes it will then load, most of the time (on PCs) it completely frags the browser). where have i gone wrong??? here is a snip-it of the sum logik used:

if frame loaded is "helpdesk"
get URL "/helpdesk/", "self")
continue

thats it, there is no other script (other than the presumed button:go to and play commands (but since it doesn't get there, that shouldn't be any part of the problem.))
