Finance calculator

How does one make an input text box and a dynamic text box (I mean to enter user input and to view output)? I cannot get the stuff i enter to process out the stuff I have to the output. The action code is in the enter button. This is like a finace calculator. I can get it to work in flashMx but not in koolmoves. Must be something pretty simple.

Without seeing your file or what you have done the only advice I can give is this;

For your output make sure you have named and refrenced your text variables. In KM the dynamic text box and variable attached to it is the same. Make sure you have targeted it correctly.
