    fading text

    I have some text i want to fade in and fade. i have done it many times before but this time it wont fade at all. it fades when im playing it in the design stage but not when i export it. is there any way i can change it to make it work please.

    have you put the text inside a movieclip and then animated the movieclip with alpha color?
    this is how i do it! but i'm not sure it works good for dynamic or input text, i haven't tried it myself.

    is your text static, dynamic or input?
