can anyone do better? BEWARE gross photo

if you're interested, have a photoshop of my original image and see if you can do better (and help me out in the process). my goal was to get rid of the betadine (orange stuff) around that nasty melanoma. wasn't too happy with my result, and i spent all night working on it. it has about 6 layers, some with masks and gradients. used a lot of color dodging and blurring, as well as a pattern fills of skin and median filter. any takers?

(not inserted here b/c it is 1 mb)

Hi i would use the Rubber Stamp tool combined with a speckly brush, simply sample the skin tone by pressing alt key and work round the area, the speckle brush will help break down the cloned effect

pheck, please note the max FK footer sizes are 300 width x 40 height, max size 15k, please resize it when u get a minute

    thx in advance
