Has anyone come up with a non-actionscript version of a spinning globe that is not so large in file size? I've created one for my site but left out some of the details and simplified it because the file size was getting too large.

Here is the scaled down version I've come up with (135kb):

I made this one a while ago : As soon as I have localized the fun file I'll send it to you. if your interested. I remember the biggest part was the imported music, so it is probably a lot smaller than yours.

Stripped your file (a lot of unjused vectors) see attachment. If you compress the resulting swf you get a file of 31 KB
