Hello all, I am trying to loop between a previous frame and a current frame for x amount of times. Example: Loop between frames 5 and 6 10 times. If I enable simple actions under control, it works, but the movie never stops. That is because of the variable not being added to. If I test the movie, frame 5 plays, 6 never plays, and the movie finishes without ever playing frame 6.
Is this a limitation of Flash? For my testing I have come to think it is. Any help or suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
My buddy MDiddy did a favor for me and started this thread for me because I could not at the time and I needed an answer. So I am the person in need of help with this odd occurence.
1stbite : The link you supplied is a slim line version of what I'm doing and doing so does not work.
If I tell it to loop between frames 2 and 6, it works. If I tell it to loop between frames 3 and 6, it works. If I tell it to loop between frames 4 and 6. It works. If I tell it to loop between frames 5 and 6. It does not work.
This is a limitation or a BUG in Flash. Can anyone confirm?
