Libraries not working

Hi,
I installed Koolmoves but it seems that my libraries are not working.
When I start the project and click on new then I want to choose any of
my libraries for example web interface and when i click on web interface, A dialogue box opens and that is my all folders in C:\ drive. There are no web interface and this is the case with anything I choose. It always opens my C:\ folder and one of the directories in my C:\ folder.
Then I gone to File and then preferences and then to libraries. The folder for libraries is
C:\programFiles\KoolMoves\web interface but when I go to koolmoves directories there is no folder for text effects, web interface, animated clip art or buttons.
I have installed Koolmoves manytimes but all the time is same thing.
Please advise what should I do.

Libraries are available for the retail version of KoolMoves only.
(a different ZIP file).

I bought the full version from Kool moves. What do you mean by
libraries avilable for the retail version.

Just unpack the file called libraries.zip inside your KoolMoves folder.

Hi,
Thanks for the help but this installation is weired to me and I never had this kind of problem in installing any program.
I bought KoolMoves online and downloaded software.
This is in kmsetup.exe
I clicked on kmsetup.exe and I installed this program. There is nothing zip file in koolmoves folder. where should I find it.
I am sorry to bother you but it is just frustrating for me.

There're 2 download links inside the received email:
1) kmsetup.exe
2) libraries.zip

Look in the original email you received with the download locations. You will see two download links. The second is for the libraries. It is split into 2 parts because the total size may cause problems for dial-up people if it was a single download. If you don't have the email, contact [email protected]

I'm just a little bit weary.
This person does not know that there are
two downloads one exe the other zip file.
Seems like they never dealt with this kind of installer.
I kinda have this feeling the person did not get the download from Bob,
OR needs adult supervision while installing.
I don't want to insult anyone
(thus use of smile icons).
