IE woes

Just got a problem with internet explorer
When i click a link in a web page that opens another window, or if any popup is loaded, the window opens up, but the content doesnt load. Also, the content area is not visible so i can "see through" it. IE works ok if i launch from the start menu and icons though.
Searched through hte knowledge base and stuff.

any ideas?

First thing I would do is clear your cache and temporary internet files then reboot and try again.

Go to Start/Run, and type:

REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL

Then open IE, Tools menu, Options, Program Tab, and click the "Reset Web
Settings" button.
