Add a blank frame with 0 tweens and make it the first frame of your movie. Put a stop in the second frame ( in actions and sounds overview in the View menu) and the movie will start like you want it.

    For the mp3:
    Create a button
    Actions: getUrl> your mp3
Or put the mp3 in a separate swf and use load movie.

The flash player often ignores a stop movie action on the first frame.

    Do this:

Open KoolMoves. The first frame will be the active frame.

Select Frames > Add Copy of Frame. That will duplicate the first frame and make the duplicate the second frame.

In Views > Actions and Sounds, select the second frame and press the + button at the top. Select Stop Movie action.

    thanx for da help...

    but new with koolmoves....

your suggestion works fine but only with the swf file but if i save my work as html and swf.. the html file does not stop at the first frame... but plays all the frames then stops at the first frame..

    please illustrate....

    thank you

Paste the "FUN" file on here so someone can have a look. Also you can have a look at your html file,, in the paramaters section have a look for Movie loop = "true" or "false". Set it to "False and see if that helps. Cheers
