mailing to my server

hello i am trying to make a form that mail to my server how do i do this without mailto:[email protected] and opening a new window i need it to sumit e-mail and file i.e. .swf file to my e-mail !


P.S. i would like to do it in koolmoves? if i can?

is a mailform server using php. It is done in koolmoves but has some bugs. If this is something that you want, let me fix it up and I will post the fun file.

that kinda what i want i would like where they can upload the .sef to my server if thats something you can do

If you do it in koolmoves, it will be a swf or flash. What I will give you will be a "blank php file that you upload to your server. In the same dir. upload the swf and html file. (or embed it into the html file itself.) As for the fun file, edit it to what you want.
This sends a thank you message to the user and the data to your email.
If you do not want flash, then use cgi.

well could you plz do the first thing for me!

1. open the php (malk.php) file in notepad or wordpad only.
2. read and set your url and email as described in the instructions in the php file.
4. make a swf from the fun file and upload it to your server. Upload the php file to your server in the same dir. The permissions are chmod 755.
3. make and test the swf before you edit it in the fun file. Do not change the fun file until you have the thing working.

I tested this on a unix server with IE and netscape (some later versions) and it does work. If it does not work, try it again. Then reread the php. You may have to upload in ascii mode (???). I cant remember. I used an auto mode.

This is not the best way but it does work. I also get no spamming from it. Try it but try to figure it out before you repost. If you cannot get it to work let me know.
