    well done

though anyone who fails the theory test doesn't deserve to EVER be allowed to drive.

Didn't have the hazard perception test when I learnt to drive

Contrary to popular belief yes there is. Unlike many younger drivers who think that you just aim a vehicle anywhere between the white lines, the older drivers will tell you about it(again & again & again).

The theory is that if you drive enough you generate more money for the government to support it inefficient attempts at running a country. Theory is that you are not a person, but in fact are a cash-cow to be exploited, abused, belittled and gouged at exery and any oppertunity. This theory supports the law of diminishing returns, ie the more money you put into a system (road tax, fuel tax etc) the smaller the percentage you recieve back ie good roads, good policing and less congestion. I think some Farmers may be the exception to this, Agro-Diesel has less or no tax (I might be out of date here) and need no insurance/road tax. They put nothing in and take up half the bleedin' road.
