    JIB Marina website critique?

    http://www.dbry.com/files/jib

Whacha guys think so far? The only beef I have is with the scroll bar over lapping the paper on the bottom right. Only way I know how to fix it would be with a png in flash, but.

    Thanks guys.
    maybe.

I dont get why dony you use flash for the entire site instead of having the text be html, its not that hard to do. The html text doesnt work for this site. Other than that i think its pretty sweet. Good work.

Well why use flash if I don't really need to? The content part is in html because they want to be able to update it themselves, and although I could do a dynamic update script or whatever, it's just easier to comprehend this way. The text has gotta be be big because what type of people are going to be going to a Marina site in the first place? The old guys. Their eyes are bad enough, eh?

Thanks for the feedback. What other font do you think would be good for this site?
    maybe.

Easier to comprehend. How hard is it to edit a text file in notepad? I think they can handle that dont you.

Don't make them edit a text file. Create a content management system that holds the text in a database so they can access it all through a simple and comprehensive form. It's not hard to do.

Pretty good website though. I don't like the font for the navigation though, I think you could choose something better.
It must be obvious day at camp stupid
