the wierdest bug ever - seriously!!! :confused:

Hi all,

I'm experiencing some wierd problems with loadMovie!!

In the attached file there's a banner "minipod_box.swf" that is loaded into another swf.

1. 'loadergood.swf' is 1 frame long!
When the banner is loaded into this swf everything is fine

2. 'loaderbad.swf' is 2 frames long!
When the banner is loaded into this swf the images get distorted.

Could anybody give me a clue on what the heck is happening here?!?

Hi podenphant,

I had this exact same problem a while back and it was seriously bugging me.
I just could not, and still can not, figure out why Flash does this.
I solved the problem by using another graphics program like Photoshop to resize the images.
Don't stretch or skew your images in flash.

This solved my problem, i hope it works for you.

Just add the following on the first frame (of your 2 frames movie)...

_quality = "BEST";
