I didn't see any chop, but it's likely a file size issue. Running video at this large of a dimension is not recommended for proper streaming - MM recommends nothing larger than 320 x 240.
On the issue of downloading music, it still amazes me that people don't see this as stealing. You didn't buy it, so why should you be allowed to just take it at will. The issue of the internet being public, and music being a copywrited product are mutually exclusive. Stealing software is the same issue, and we ban such discussions here - so why is it that people feel music is different - and free?
Because it's so easy to do, but that doesn't mean you're right in doing so. I've reported your IP to proper authorities.

Anyways, it was a short film and a website promoting the film that I did for school. We also ran a stop sign and broke the speed limit in the film. Quick you better report that to the proper authorities too. I don't think just because you make a movie about something, that it means that your promoting it. Do you think they reported the producer of fast and furious to the proper authorities because he was promoting street racing. come on, its a movie, but thanks for the lecture on downloading music.
Oh yeah I am glad that you watched the movie and got the messege of it though.
Thanks,
Way to take a bit out of crime.

I was only joking about reporting you, I wouldn't even know who to contact.
Nice work.

I know you were, but I had to much fun writting the response, I couldn't help myself from posting it.
Thanks for the help, i am going to make the flv a little smaller and see if that helps.

I've seen decent results by going to 400x300, then stretching it to a larger size with w/h or _xscale/_yscale. Just keep your pixel dimensions in factors of 4.

People download music because record companies have been putting out garbase for year and getting away with it. This is the only way to fight back and who are you to report anyone. Don;t throw stones if you live in a glass house.

I wasn't throwing stones - if you would have read the rest of the post you would have seen that I was joking about reporting, a little internet big brother humor.
I record music, and have many friends in the recording business. I don't think any of them want to see their music being taken for free over the internet - and none of them are associated with the big labels.
The argument that it's OK to steal because the record companies deserve it is bunk. That's like saying Kraft macaroni and cheese is too expensive, so I'll just stick a couple of boxes in my bag - when there's a generic brand right next to it - because they deserve to be ripped off.
If the music is garbage, why would you want it? If something is worth stealing - it must have value. There's plenty of indy music out there if you want something good and free of industry polish.
You can slice it any way you want to, but anyone that downloads the Beattles box set know's they are stealing - burn a copy for my buddies, distributing stolen goods. Now, I don't want to give my money to Michael Jackson any more than the next guy - but it's stealing any way you look at it.
If you don't like the music the recording industry is spewing, then buy some music from an independent artist. We need to eat too.
People steal online because they can, bottom line. The recording industry has gotten heavy handed, using the only means available to them to enforce. I don't approve of their methods, but the reasoning is spot on.
