tri layer scrolling....

Hi Does anyone know where i can get a tutorial or open source file of a three layer scrolling background?

What I mean is there are three layers that all scroll with the arrow buttons the very front is the quickest the middle (hero) level is medium and the lowest layer at the back is the slowest. Does that make sense?

Any help would be gratefully recieved

This doesnt have 3 layers, but at least it is well explained and you can add third layer yourself:

Just a suggestion: blur the most far background in Photoshop. This makes the background being far away even more.
