loss of tool window

for some reason i can get the tool window to show
i have been into views and ticked tools but nothing happens
it has been working fine up till now
ive tryed to run the setup program again but still dosn`t work
can anybody help thanks

This is a rare situation that is attributable to a windows registry value getting a bad value. I believe you emailed me and I send you a program to clear the registry value.
