    well, I guess that sorta makes sense

    nerd or geek? I dunno, I never made a difference between the two, but, whenever I was called one I would flatly deny it and insist that I was the other.

    I always saw it as this:

    Geeks like cartoons, games and toys/gadgets and are socially acceptable.

    Nerds like computers and nothing else and are not socially acceptable.

    Dorks are nerds who try to be socially acceptable though are still not.

    i always thought a geek was a nerd without the intelligence...
    like the geek who always explains tech stuff (but wrong), and then a nerd comes along and he looks foolish...
