SWF to MP3?? anyone done this??

    Hey everyone,

I need everyone's help and knowledge.

I have a good friend that need to pull some music from a .swf and save to a .wav or .mp3 format. I know that this sounds wierd coming from me, but the reason for doing this is 100% legit. Anyone know any programs/tutorials on how to complete this.

I know that there were a few programs that people could use to hack locked swf's in the past. We just need the audio for a project.

My flash skills have become a bit rusty- time to hang around flashkit a bit more!!!

    Your help is appreciated!

all you need to do is download yourself a trail copy of

    Total Recorder

search for it on tucows or somthing...

what it does is records any sound coming out of your speakers and allows you to save it into your computer as a sound file of your choice. i think you would find it useful.

... but no matter how you do it, the sound quality will be bad, as most people compress MP3s seriously to get a decently small file size in the .swf.

Here is a plugin for winamp that records whatever sound your computer is outputting...

Just copy the .dll into your Winamp plugin folder...
