i wanna make a new game but i have no ideas how do i get ideas?

Well, to get ideas, I'd sit somewhere quiet, get a pen and paper; whatever, and just start drawing concepts, thinking of possible games. Maybe something will hit you when you're sitting on the toilet--never know.
First step to anything is brainstorming. It's a good thing to do. It'll get things in your head you didn't know where there.

Well, then do as I said, brainstorm and get creative. If you already have the idea, I'd go ahead an make it better, then put it into action.
