What The Style? Give your ideas here!
I am currently making a logo to use in all my flash movies... I meant well but i can't get it to be really-really-very-very-cool. So I need your help here.
The logo is the letters: Xrave, and the subtitle: New thinking.
You can use your imaginations here, any helps will be appresiated.
P.S. I can only accept JEPG, SWF, FLA, or PNG files.
When you actually know what "OMG I have so much homework!" means, you won't want to be me.

You can see the logo I am having now, it's quite rubbish... so i need a better idea...
P.S. Forget what I said about the letters. Any logo is appresiated...

OK, here are my suggestions...
First one:

...and second one:

If you need to resize them (ie. shrink them) and not lose any quality... and you have no clue how to do that, let me know...
Cheers !

Hmm...can't see anything it...how did you make it..(what programs/techniques did you use)...???
-
I'm learning...
Fireworks for all 2D parts of the task... when it comes to 3D I always use some freeware 3D aplications like Blender and some others...
Check here:

They all are freeware...
Cheers !
Edit: those lens flares you can always add in any good drawing utility.

Now3D - that's the name of the program, but you have to be aware that I also added some effects like bevel boss, as well as a combination of few other brightness/sharpness/levels etc. Very often you have to play with everything to achieve exactly what you want... there is no utility out there that will make exactly what you want with just one move.
Resizing needs to be done in some good drawing utility like Photoshop or Fireworks. Also when resizing you have to use BICUBIC or BILINEAR method... any other will screw up your original quality by adding some sharp edges, and your resized logo will look like "jaggy something"...
Just tell me what size you want and I'll try to give my best. Of course, you must know that if you go to extremely small sizes, it's normal that your logo won't look the best... I mean, how could anyone see anything if logo is 40x40 pixels ?

Of course you can... not looking that sophisticated (shiny and all that), but sure you can make them look nice and 3D using just vectors. It would be a lot of job, but sure it would give wonderful results...
Too bad, I have a lot of other responsibilities right now and don't have enough time to play with that... 2 ongoing huge flash projects, my regular job, and my spare time job revamping of few applications and their apprearance, also I'm doing skins for avast! antivirus... so I believe you get the picture.
You asked for advice or suggestion, and I gave you. I hope you're ok now.
Here are your small versions of those two logos from previous posts:
