    [newbie with sound] Tutorial

i skimmed threw the sticky but didnt understand the concept and running sounds from a seperate SWF.

I know that flash loads all sounds be anything and my sound files are fairly large so dialup users wont see nothing for a while. Is there a good tutorials about this subject.

Or how can i decrease the size of my loops. They are only like 30 seconds long each and they are like 3 meg. why?

the sound's bit rate has a lot to do with a sound's size, also mono vs stereo. you can always load the sounds externally and preload each sound, you can stream them so they play while downloading.
If you don't think you're going to like the answer, then don't ask the question.

Go to the sound videos, the links are in the menu on the left at the bottom.
