inspiration for hotel website

Hello

My friend has an hotel in Austria, we wanne make the site in full flash. where can we find inspiration and tips. It's a cosy hotel not modern.

however... if you google for hotel sites you'll notice that all the top sites are not flash based / full flash sites but html. Worth thinking about.

Actually the best hotel sites are a mix between flash and html. But to be honest, if you're not able to book rooms through the site, you're wasting your time. Make sure you get a SSL when you get hosting and setup credit card processing or go through a 3rd party system which would setup a site mirrored to you but they handle all booking (www.travelhero.com or the like). I've seen many hotel websites which are crap because all they'll do is tell you thta htye have a 'beautiful room' and you can't book from the direct messages that are selling the customer.

But in all fairness, just be sure to get some great photos of the hotel, and try to get ones with people in them. Just some thoughts.
