Hey Chris I'll look at both and get back to you. I had started coding my own editor in KM and and made a little headway but was not completed satisfied with the result. It's in use now on one site for CMS but it's a bit crude. It just presents a list of txt files the user selects one and it's loaded into the editor where they edit using Flash compatible HTML tags and there is a preview window that has to be updated. Works but not nearly as slick as your example.
