It's funny you nominated me because a couple o'weeks into December I locked myself out of my flat, and everyone I knew in the city had gone home for christmas (students) so I was essentially homeless for a night.
The wind was killing me by about 5am so I sat under a bridge, not knowing it was next to a casino due to close at about 5:30 and a homless guy (first person guy i'd seen in about 2 hours) came under the bridge and told me to piss off cause I had the best spot!
I watched him from a distance, he was working all the drunk gamblers for cash
