Midi To Wav or MP3

I am looking for a free program that can convert midi files to wav or mp3.

I'm not 100% sure if any of these apps can do a direct MIDI to MP3 conversion but I know DB Power amp and ALF will go from wav to MP3. I also Know that sound recorder and MS media player will go from MIDI to wav easily.
