    The old could have shot the kid with a load of rock salt. Now here is a question though. Would his yard not be considered private property and if the kid was told to remove himself and did not promptly do it, wouldnt this make the loop hole the guy needed to shoot. I don't by any means think it is right just wondering how they may try to get him off.

    Also, side note. We Americans are supposed to have the right to bear arms. I'm getting sick of people trying to take that right away. Honestly, if I really wanted to kill someone there are a billion ways to get a gun. I'm sure this goes for any country. So why punish the people that would never use a gun to kill another person.
