    Hey guys,

I posted this in Flash 5 Actionscript but no one seems to know how to do it. Any ideas here?

I recently signed on to a project and the client neglected to mention the need for actionscript in a small portion. So if you guys could help me out it would be great.

Basically, I need to create a menu system similar to this: http://bmwfa6.bmwf.gv.at/cyberscience/page_gate_5.htm. Most of it is no problem. The trouble is the mouseovers. I need to be able to detect when the mouse is over one button and make sure that all the other buttons are at an "idle" stage.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

that menu ain't hard.. what do you mean by making things inactice? If you set the movie up properly in respect of jumping to frames and having the tabs on the frames/gfx's only looking/having active parts or triggers then you should be okay! If you send me a more detailed question i'll be only too happy to help...but not in German!
