Shopping Cart connected to PayPal

Hi guys,

Wondering if anyone knows what it takes to develop a shopping cart in Flash that can basically capture all information, then pass it along to PayPal's site upon clicking a 'checkout' button within the Flash site.

Also, I've been to a few sites recently whereby the URL, regardless of navigating to other pages, always stays at the domain name level and never shows /directories or .html.
