Wildform Presenter issues
Hope someone can help importing video.
I just purchased the complete package WildForm Presenter bundle
when I try and load the video as the tutorial suggests by using either
the icon in the toolbar or by using the file->import and point it to the .mov
file I receive a Exception FlixDLLinit error. If I then use the Wizard
I get a bit further, Often I receive an unspecified Quicktime error.
It briefly comes up and say's that it is also not available on the QT server
but it continues and loads. When it is complete I have no video, However I do have audio. The video screen is blank.
The Quicktime video plays fine by itself.
I have updated to the latest Quicktime.
I hope that this is something simple? I assume the error is not a good thing though eh?
I have installed this on two seperate machines and am experiencing the
same issue on both.
Thanks for any help

I did more testing and I should add more info to this problem.
The .mov fiiles are generated on a Mac and the older .mov files
generated before the Mac was upgraded seem to work ok.
So it looks like this is not going to work out for me?

Problem Solved
Turned out the problem was a quicktime version mis match between the
Mac and PC. Upgraded the latest on the PC and now video and audio
converts. Nowmy old version of Wildform Flix on the Mac does not work
I still however get the dll error when I press the import object.
Thanks

You should not be receiving any errors as long as you have the latest version of Quicktime installed.
If you are receiving any error messages, please take a screenshot of them and send them to [email protected]
