    I did see someone that had a gamepad thing for sale that worked with flash. I think is emulated keypresses and such.

    I do believe it is possible using the ASCII or something and the get key function. Not sure but seems plausible, I;; work on it

    As far as I know Flash doesn't support joysticks but...

    Here is a link I came across in my travels that will enable Flash (using actionscript's fscommand) to call native code to communicate to a joystick http://www.bigredswitch.co.uk/toolbox/joystick/. This is an ActiveX control so it only currently works for Windows.
