Looking to form a design team

Hi Folks,

I am looking to form a design team, my background is in Graphics mainly, although i can use a wide varity of programs and understand quite a bit of web programming, no expert though. I need the following skill sets:

- PHP/ASP/.NET programmers - one or more is good
- Flash Actionscripters
- 3D artisits - interperting logo designs etc

I have a few project due to start shortly

WEB
- Haulage Company - site redesign - paying project

Are you looking to bring these people on in a full-time capacity or do you want a small team of freelancers that you can contact when there is a need?

it would be on per project basis,
whatever skills are needed for that project! i would contact all those would are interested each time i get a project that needs worked on.
