Is it possible to control the FLV Playback via actionscript

Hi all, I've got a couple of questions about the FLV Playback component...

First of all I'm wondering if it's possible to make the FLV Playback component to perform an action when the flv movie is finished.
I found this for the Videoplayer: VideoPlayer.complete Dispatched when playing completes by reaching the end of the FLV file.

Not sure how to use it though and if it's possible to use it on the FLV Playback?

And also, is it possible to create custom events and control the FLV Playback. For instance if I create a btn and when the user rolls over the btn it pauses/plays the playback?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
