    SWF to FLV

    can anyone recommend the best way to turn a swf movie into an flv file. i tried using screen capture software but the frame rate is too slow.

    any suggestions are appreciated.

    ******* have a 'swf to fla decomiler', that is what I usually use... There are some free ones out there too, but they tend to make a meal of the code and I wouldn't reccomend them for anything with more than 2 frames or say 10 objects.

    Adobe supply you with the Macromedia Flash 8 Video Encoder when you purchase Flash 8. That works for me
