Music in my Movie

I'm making a movie with a map and zoom in/out controls. At the end of every zoom there's a stop action in the frame. I want to add music in the background (not a loop, just a song playing) but it stops whenever the movie does. How can I get the audio to play continuously regardless of the frame actions in other layers?

Have a movie with your sound load in another layer. Different from the layer that your frame action is taking place, it shouldn't be effect by the frame actions.
