    Export problem...

Sorry if this has already been raised but when I try to export my HTML and Swf I get a message "pGlyphHolder is NULL encountered in export SwfBody"
Can someone tell me what this means?

Are all of the parts of your movie in the same directory before you export them?

I got this error when I used a custom preloader that wasn't in the same directory as the original .fun file.

Then I moved the preloader to the same directory and exported fine. Problem solved.

So I'd check to make sure (just to be save) that any parts of the movie that you're making are all in the same directory as your source file.

Please email the preloader fun file (and any images, etc. it references) to koolmoves support.

    Bob,
It wasn't one of Koolmoves' preloaders but one that I made up, and it was in a different directory. It works fine now. Thank you!

I realize that. I want to fix the bug, so I can use your preloader to debug the problem.

    Bob,
I apologize but I cleaned up the last preloader and went with one provided by the program. If it happens again, I'll send you the files.
