Unicode
I'm sorry to post a similar question, but none of the solutions that worked in my last thread are working for my problem. Now I am trying to add French characters, a simple "é", but my dynamic text boxes will not display these characters. I have even tried the unicode \u00e9 to try and display these characters, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

Well, it is possible that font you use does not have the characters. Only basic fonts that come with OS have very large selection of different characters in many languages, most free fonts you can download from web include just the basic English chars.

or get a propper font collection from adobe, bitstream,...

correctly embeded the font (if there is "é" present)?
Usually "Basic Latin" and "Latin I" does the trick for me (german üäö for example)
... goes and buys the "Open Type Library" from Adobe for just $4,889.00
