He has risen!
oops
While camping this past weekend i walked out to the nearby field to get a far away shot of the campfire...i took a couple shots with a long exposure only to get crap results. On my third shot, i was getting cold and bored, so i picked up the camera and started walking while the shutter was still open. I was completely ready to delete the image right away until i saw this was what came out of it (no editing at all has been done):

Looks like something out of Ghostbusters! Truly wicked shot, Lefty!

so is it the fire making that? it almost looks like you took a picture of somone running with a light stick or something... Great shot though! I love those pictures that you don't think they will turn out.
All out of Honey Buffers, so i grabed a few Goose Heads

I have a similar one that I took a year ago, but I don't want to steal the thunder from your pic, you can check it out in my gallery -link in footer- look for an image titled Adam and Eve

i don't know how it's happening. no one wiht a light stick was there. its definitely coming from the fire, i just don't know how that beam of light connects the 2, especially seeing i was walking towards the fire rather than walking backwards. what also confuses me is the vehicles on the right hand side of the photo aren't blurred at all.
There's no way i could probably ever duplicate that photo again. i just don't know how it happened.

OK, so tell us el-Ignoramus, how did you shot the Adam and Eve photo (which is fantastic). Poor old lefteyewilly made a beautiful shot, but doesn't have a clue how or why it turned out so well, maybe you can shed some light on the subject (get it?).
