fscommand and ScrollPane questions

--When using the ScrollPane component, is there a way to remove the border? I didn't see an option in the Parameters tab.

--I used the command, "fscommand("allowscale","false");" to keep the projector from scaling when resized. This isn't good enough for my insufferable boss though, so is there a command to fix the size of the projector itself so it can't be rescaled?
