    SWF Import, Blank frames

Ok first of all I have been suing sorenson 4.0 to compress my video files.

First problem I encountered is .mov is compressed from 79mb to 450kb. I imported it into flash and it plays fine except the file of the .swf jumps to 6.3mb.

Instead I decided to export my .mov as a .swf. The swf plays in a .swf player but when you import it into flash it just creates a series of blank keyframes.

Has anyone any idea how to solve either of these issues? thanks

Are you compressing the video to a .flv, or to a .mov file? If you're compressing it to .mov, that would explain the file size jump. You probably want a .flv file, created from the uncompressed source. Sorenson should be able to do that for you.

Generally speaking you don't want to import a .swf file into another .swf file. It's better to load the movie into the other .swf file using a loadMovie command.
