    Games for the lappy

Looking for more ways to kill time on the train. Any good, free, downloadable games out there I can snag today?

I've always loved http://sourceforge.net/projects/dopewars/ simple and addictive. There were other better looking versions, but can't find any

A while back (a good while back) Rockstar were offering a download of the first GTA, which I got working on my P3 1Ghz.

If you search, you might find the link here in the CL somewhere, if it's not been archived.

The original Unreal Tournament demo. The bots offer a good challenge: link.

Its a site devoted to abandon-ware and classics. Mostly free. There are text adventures as well...
