    It has no shadowing, no transparent pages, it flickers, no tearing feature ... I like the first one much better.

    opensource, made back in 2005. That demo you showed looks to me like a rip off of the original, a good one, but still not original. Page flip effect in flash has been around like forever, and ipagraphika just made the best version.
